NeoPath Health, Inc., a Minnesota based administrator of employer based medical services, is in search of a full-time family medicine mid-level practitioner to work at an employer-sponsored primary care clinic in the Green Bay area.
This position offers weekends off. Work with Neopath Health in Green Bay, Wisconsin.
The provider will deliver comprehensive family practice clinical care, including assessments, diagnoses, and treatment plans for acute and chronic illnesses. They are also responsible for ordering diagnostics, prescribing medications, and educating patients to ensure positive long-term health outcomes.
Candidates must hold an unrestricted Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license to practice in Wisconsin, along with prescriptive authority and DEA licensure. A BLS certification is also required for this position.
