Built for the searches a job board can’t run
The best candidates aren’t on the applicant list
Job posts reach people actively applying. Most clinicians open to a better role never fill in a form.
Get Discovered clinicians asked to hear about relevant roles.
Some searches can’t be public
Replacing an incumbent, a quiet expansion, a client who won’t be named yet.
Private briefs. WeekdayDoc knows the client; the board never shows it.
Cold outreach gets ignored
Unsolicited messages without numbers read as spam — and burn the clinician’s goodwill.
Every pitch carries pay and schedule, goes to someone who opted in, and is capped at two a month.
How it works
Three steps, all reviewed by a person. You never see a clinician’s identity until they say yes.
- 1
Submit a private brief
Role, guaranteed pay range, schedule, license requirements and the hiring employer.

Connect by mutual permission
The clinician reviews your opportunity, sees the client, and chooses to open a private introduction.
Introduction approvedContact shared for this role onlyNo forwarding to other clients or marketing lists.
Cohorts currently open to opportunities
Not every specialty has supply at any given time. A cohort is listed only when at least 25 clinicians have current consent, matching work and license regions, and room for a new opportunity. Counts are rounded down; credentials are self-reported. Updated Oct 1, 2026.
Starting a brief does not charge you. After organization review, we propose your opportunity to matching clinicians; each clinician decides whether to open a private introduction. Listing a cohort is not a promise that any individual will respond.

Questions recruiters ask
Is this a candidate database I can search?
No. You submit a private brief; we match it against clinicians who opted in and show you identity-hidden match summaries. Each clinician decides whether to open an introduction. There are no exports and no bulk outreach.
Can I keep the search confidential?
Yes. Nothing is posted on the public job board. Recruiting agencies can hide the client from clinicians at first; WeekdayDoc must know the client, and the clinician sees it privately before approving an introduction.
What does it cost?
Requesting review and submitting a brief is free. Paid access is a monthly subscription offered after your organization and first brief are approved; we review real availability against your brief before discussing payment. No per-contact fees.
Is a hire or a reply guaranteed?
No. We cap how often any clinician is approached and only propose roles that match their confirmed preferences, so volumes are deliberately modest. Introductions, interviews and hires are never guaranteed, and credentials are self-reported until you verify them.
How do we communicate after a clinician approves?
Once a clinician approves the introduction for your specific role, their email address is shared with you for that role only. It may not be forwarded to other clients or added to marketing lists.
