Job Description
We are seeking a board-certified Family Medicine Physician to join our growing telehealth team. This is a fully remote position with no call, no weekends, and no nights.
What You'll Do:
- Provide comprehensive primary care via telehealth
- Manage chronic conditions and preventive care
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary care teams
- Document patient encounters in our EHR system
Requirements:
- MD/DO with active board certification in Family Medicine
- Active unrestricted medical license (multi-state preferred)
- 2+ years clinical experience
- Comfortable with telehealth technology
