7. Burnout Scores and Intelligence Data

WeekdayDoc provides burnout-friendliness scores and community intelligence data (including Reddit insights, salary benchmarks, and employer reviews) to help healthcare professionals make informed career decisions. These scores and insights are:

  • Based on publicly available information and community data

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Service without our express written permission. You may not reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code from our Service.

User Content: By submitting content (resumes, profiles, reviews), you grant WeekdayDoc a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, modify, and display that content in connection with the Service.

9. Payment Terms

Payment Processing

All payments on WeekdayDoc are processed securely through Stripe, a PCI-compliant payment processor. WeekdayDoc does not store your credit card information directly. By making a purchase, you agree to Stripe's terms of service and authorize the charge to your payment method.

Job Seeker Subscriptions: Premium subscription payments are nonrefundable. You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges, but no refunds or credits will be issued for unused time remaining in your current billing period.

Employer Job Postings: Job posting fees are nonrefundable once payment is processed. This applies regardless of whether the job is filled, the posting is edited, or the listing is removed before the 90-day period ends.

Exceptions to this policy are made only where required by applicable law. If you believe you are entitled to a refund under applicable consumer protection laws, please contact us at support@weekdaydoc.com.

Cancellation

Job Seeker Subscriptions: You may cancel your Premium subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to Premium features until your paid period expires.

Employer Job Postings: Since job postings are a one-time purchase (not a subscription), there is no recurring charge to cancel. Your job listing will automatically expire after 90 days.

Price Changes

We reserve the right to modify our pricing at any time. Price changes will not affect active subscriptions or purchased job postings, but will apply to renewals and new purchases after the effective date. We will provide reasonable notice of significant price increases.
