Who can post, and which roles can I hire for?
Hospitals, health systems, private practices, group practices and recruiters can post physician (MD/DO), nursing, nurse practitioner, physician assistant, therapy and allied-health roles across the United States. Include the specialty, employment type and any location or licensure restrictions for permanent, locum, part-time, remote or telehealth positions.
What should I review before choosing a plan?
Check the job title, employer, location, base pay range and pay period. Separate bonuses from guaranteed pay, and make hours, call, weekends and licensure requirements explicit. Confirm your company website and application URL are correct.
What does the work-life score mean?
The score adds context from the listing’s stated schedule and work-life information. It is not employer certification or a guarantee of working conditions. Missing details should be clarified rather than treated as favorable conditions.
How will candidates find my job?
