We are seeking an RN to support primary care triage operations, including managing pool messages and refill requests, calling patients to triage symptoms, assisting with patient paperwork, supporting walk‑in patients with symptoms, completing in‑office nurse visits, and performing other duties as assigned.
The position is based at 9650 E. Washington St., Suite 100, Indianapolis, IN 46229, within a large primary care practice on the east side of Indianapolis. This is a hybrid position, with three days onsite and two days remote each week.
Schedule: 8 hrs weekly | Monday - Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
No weekends! No holidays!
- Requires Basic Life Support certification through the AHA. Other advanced life support certifications may be required per unit/department specialty according to patient care policies.
- Requires an Associates of Nursing (ASN); Bachelors of Nursing (BSN) preferred.
- Requires that the RN has graduated from a nationally accredited nursing program.
- Requires an active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Indiana or an active Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) RN license.
- Two years experience in an ambulatory setting preferred.
- Knowledge of procedures for performing the functions appropriate to the specific clinical area and familiarity with designated pieces of equipment and supplies.
- Requires ability to coordinate a number of functions for a group of patients in an effective timely manner.
- Requires awareness and understanding of legal implications of patient care activities and performance as a Registered Nurse.
- Requires ability to assess patients without face-to-face interaction.

Requirements
Candidates must hold an active Registered Nurse license in Indiana or an NLC license and possess a minimum of one year of nursing experience. A Basic Life Support certification is required, and an Associate degree in Nursing is the minimum educational requirement.
