Key Responsibilities
The Director of Nursing will provide leadership and guidance to the nursing team while ensuring high-quality, person-centered resident care. They are responsible for maintaining smooth clinical operations and driving compliance and quality improvement initiatives.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a current RN license in good standing and possess proven leadership experience, preferably as a DON or ADON. Strong communication, team-building, and organizational skills are required for this role.
