During after-hours operations, nurses focus on urgent patient concerns when ambulatory clinics are closed, managing a diverse population of patients.
Initial onboarding and training is delivered through a hybrid model that combines onsite and virtual learning with experienced Clinical Coaches and Nurse Educators. Newly hired nurses should expect occasional travel to Indianapolis for required in-person training sessions during the onboarding period.
