We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner to service our patients once a week in two assisted living facilities located in the same area. They are between Jackson and Portsmouth, OH. As an NP, you will provide comprehensive nursing and medical care to patients while adhering to organizational standards and demonstrating adequate knowledge, judgment, and technical skills.
Requirements
- Valid NP license in the state of OH
- Board Certification
Duties Will Include
- Managing all Wound Care related consults
- History and physical exam
- Medication review
- Prescribe medication and drugs
- Check in with patients who have acute issues and establish a follow-up plan
- Reach an informed diagnosis based on medical knowledge and the patient's medical history
Schedule: Once a week
Compensation
Annual salary range: $20,000-$30,000
