Job Description

Baptist Primary Care Roosevelt is seeking a Full-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant. The provider must be comfortable with Women's and Men's Health, pediatric care, acute patients, chronic patients, physician-patient follow-ups, hospital follow-ups & wellness exams. Proficiency with EMR required. Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

The provider will manage a patient load of 16-20 patients per day, covering women's, men's, and pediatric health needs. Responsibilities include conducting wellness exams, managing acute and chronic conditions, and performing physician-patient and hospital follow-ups.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a Master's degree and possess at least two years of experience in a family practice setting. A valid APRN license and certification are required, along with proficiency in EMR systems.
