Job Description

Presbyterian Medical Services (PMS) is seeking dedicated Family Nurse Practitioners to join our primary care team.
In this rewarding role, you will provide comprehensive outpatient primary care to patients of all ages while working alongside an interdisciplinary team committed to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care. This opportunity offers a predictable Monday–Friday schedule with no nights, weekends, or call, allowing you to provide meaningful care while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.

Responsibilities
What You'll Do
- Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care to patients across the lifespan.
- Conduct physical examinations, assessments, diagnosis, and treatment planning.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
- Manage acute and chronic medical conditions and provide preventive care.
- Educate patients and families on health promotion, disease prevention, and treatment plans.
- Coordinate care with specialists, community resources, and other members of the healthcare team.
- Maintain timely, accurate, and thorough clinical documentation.
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to promote positive patient outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program.
- Current New Mexico licensure as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP).
- Board certification.
- Strong clinical assessment, communication, and documentation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
- Commitment to providing compassionate, culturally responsive, patient-centered care.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience providing outpatient primary care.
- Experience caring for patients across the lifespan.
- Bilingual English/Spanish or English/Navajo skills.
- Experience working with diverse populations and community-based healthcare.
- Commitment to serving rural and underserved communities.

Requirements
Candidates must be graduates of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program and hold current New Mexico licensure as a Family Nurse Practitioner. Board certification and strong clinical assessment and communication skills are required for this role.
