Job Description
Orthopedic Associates (OA) is seeking a skilled and knowledgeable Physician Assistant to join our Foot and Ankle team. This is a full-time position and must be open to travel to any OA clinic location.

What You'll Do
- Evaluate and manage new and established Foot & Ankle patients within defined clinical pathways and scope of practice, providing high-quality subspecialty orthopedic care.
- Provide postoperative follow-up care, including wound assessment, imaging review, rehabilitation progression, and return-to-activity guidance.
- Identify patients who may benefit from surgical intervention and facilitate timely evaluation and collaboration with the Foot & Ankle surgeon.
- Develop expertise in Foot & Ankle conditions and utilize evidence-based treatment protocols to deliver consistent and effective patient care.
- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, athletic trainers, and support staff to ensure coordinated care and an exceptional patient experience.

- Expand patient access to specialized Foot & Ankle services through independent and collaborative clinic care.
- Help establish and optimize clinical workflows, referral processes, scheduling pathways, and follow-up procedures that support efficient patient care.
- Enhance continuity of care by serving as a key clinical partner within a team-based Foot & Ankle service line.
- Support the growth and scalability of the program through participation in quality improvement, outcomes tracking, and patient education initiatives.
- Serve as an ambassador for the Foot & Ankle program by building strong relationships with patients, referring providers, and community partners.

Required Experience and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree and successful completion of a PA program
- Understanding of clinical workflows and healthcare operations
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and training skills
