Job Description

Carle Health is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider to join our growing Family Medicine team in Peoria, Illinois.

Opportunity Details

  • Join an established practice with 5 Family Medicine physicians and 3 Advanced Practice Providers
  • Position will be based out of our Carle Health Methodist North on North Allen outpatient clinic on the Carle Health Methodist Hospital campus
  • Clinic hours are Mon-Fri 7 AM - 4:30 PM
  • Fully integrated system with clinics and hospitals on Epic EMR to improve care coordination
  • Carle Health is a not-for-profit organization with public service loan forgiveness eligibility

Education Requirements

Master's degree in Nursing or Physician Assistant

Licensure/Certification Requirements

Current Illinois registered nurse license and advanced practice nurse/physician assistant licensure

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation range for this position is $56.37 - $73.29/hour. This represents a good faith minimum and maximum range for the role at the time of posting by Carle Health.

The actual compensation offered a candidate will be dependent on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s experience, qualifications, location, training, licenses, shifts worked and compensation model. Requirements

Candidates must hold a Master's degree in Nursing or Physician Assistant studies. Current Illinois registered nurse license and advanced practice nurse or physician assistant licensure are required.
