We serve a diverse patient population and are dedicated to advancing health equity, collaboration, and excellence in care.

Position Summary

NPs in this position will both partner with primary care teams to assist PCPs in managing their panels of patients, as well as work toward building and managing a panel of their own patients.

Job tasks include phone and MyChart message triage, prescription refills, care coordination, and office visits. Through their participation in the Fellowship, NPs in this role will grow their skills in triage, differential diagnoses, assessment and plan, and management of acute and chronic medical conditions.

NP Fellows will evolve their NP practice throughout the Fellowship, working toward independent management of increasingly complex patients in office visits. Participation in the Fellowship includes didactic instruction and dedicated precepting by experienced PCPs (MDs and NPs).
