Overview
Carle Health is seeking an additional Family Medicine APP to join our team at our Curtis location in Champaign, Illinois.
Opportunity Details
Typical schedule M-F / 8:00a-5:00 pm
No call responsibilities
Family Medicine APP works with a collaborative team including the physician, APP, nurse, and certified medical assistant to provide patient care in an ambulatory setting
- Possibility for in-office procedures
- See acute and chronic management patients
- Broad scope of patients including mostly adults, roughly 20% peds
- Proficiency with EMR utilization
- Assist with collaborating provider's in basket
Education Requirements
- Master's degree in Nursing or Physician Assistant.
- At least two years of Family Medicine APP experience required
Licensure/Certification Requirements
Current Illinois registered nurse license and advanced practice nurse/physician assistant licensure.

Compensation and Benefits
The compensation range for this position is $56.37 - $73.29/hour. This represents a good faith minimum and maximum range for the role at the time of posting by Carle Health. The actual compensation offered a candidate will be dependent on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s experience, qualifications, location, training, licenses, shifts worked and compensation model. Key Responsibilities
The Family Medicine APP will work within a collaborative team to provide patient care in an ambulatory setting, including acute and chronic disease management. Responsibilities also include performing in-office procedures and assisting with the collaborating provider's in-basket.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a Master's degree in Nursing or Physician Assistant studies and possess current Illinois licensure. A minimum of two years of experience in Family Medicine is required for this position.
