We are seeking a passionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join a supportive and growing team in Wichita Falls, Texas.

What You'll Do
As a BCBA, you'll have the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with clients and families while providing high-quality, evidence-based ABA services.
You Will
- Conduct behavioral assessments, including Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs)
- Develop individualized treatment and behavior intervention plans
- Monitor client progress and use data to guide clinical decisions
- Provide supervision, training, and support to behavior technicians
- Collaborate closely with parents, caregivers, educators, and other professionals
- Provide parent and caregiver training to help promote progress outside of therapy
- Ensure treatment plans remain clinically appropriate and focused on meaningful outcomes
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and meet applicable regulatory and HIPAA requirements
What We're Looking For
- Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Texas LBA license or eligibility to obtain licensure
- Experience working with children and individuals with autism or developmental disabilities
- Strong understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis and evidence-based treatment
- Ability to conduct assessments and develop effective treatment plans
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- A collaborative, compassionate approach to working with clients, families, and team members
