Dallas Healthcare Consultants is partnering with a pediatric outpatient clinic in San Antonio seeking an Occupational Therapist to join its collaborative team.

Your Role
Help children develop the skills they need to participate more independently in everyday life. Through individualized, play-based therapy, you’ll support development in fine motor skills, sensory processing, self-care, feeding, cognition, and school readiness.
Your responsibilities will include
- Conducting comprehensive evaluations of motor, sensory, cognitive, and daily living skills.
- Developing individualized treatment plans using child-directed play and evidence-based interventions.
- Collaborating with ABA, physical therapy, and speech therapy professionals to coordinate care.
- Coaching parents and caregivers on practical strategies to support progress at home.
- Monitoring outcomes, adjusting treatment plans, and maintaining timely, accurate documentation.
- Participating in multidisciplinary meetings and coordinated treatment planning.
- What We’re Looking For
- Master’s degree or clinical doctorate in Occupational Therapy from an ACOTE-accredited program.
- Current Texas OT license and NBCOT certification (OTR).
At least one year of pediatric OT experience preferred. New graduates with strong clinical skills are also encouraged to apply.
- Strong pediatric assessment and play-based intervention skills.
- Knowledge of sensory integration, including Ayres® Sensory Integration, and feeding therapy techniques.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, family-centered approach.
