Key Responsibilities
The Board Certified Behavior Analyst will design, monitor, and implement customized behavior treatment plans while providing direct behavioral services to youth. They will also serve as a member of interdisciplinary teams and provide expertise on behavioral issues and interventions.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a Master’s or Doctoral degree in Psychology, Counseling, or a related field and possess a valid Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification. At least two years of experience working with individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities is required.
