Compensation
- Hourly Pay equivalent to $85,000 - $100,000 per year

We’re seeking a BCBA Clinical Manager & Quality Consultant. This role will maintain a BCBA caseload while reviewing FBAs, progress reports, termination reports, and other clinical documentation to ensure high-quality, compliant, and clinically sound work.
The ideal candidate enjoys both hands-on clinical practice and supporting other BCBAs through meaningful feedback, mentorship, and professional development.

- Primary Job Responsibilities
- Regularly reviews clinical work such as assessments, and reports
- Evaluates quality of report writing and ensures client, payor, and company requirements are met
Requests Report Revisions from Clinicians When Appropriate
- Ensures that service delivery and clinical output complies with regulations and standards, and flags areas of concern for relevant parties
- Distributes completed reports and assessments to relevant parties for submission
- Distributes feedback to staff members when appropriate
- Documents all feedback, revisions, and other pertinent information
- Conducts quality assurance audits and overlaps
- Conducts functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and uses assessment tools
- Designs ABA treatment programs for individuals with autism spectrum disorders and other behavioral disabilities
- Ensures integrity of program implementation
- Monitors effectiveness of treatment plans and modify programs as needed
- Analyzes data and create graphs for visual and analysis of data
- Provides individualized client-centered parent training
- Facilitates clinical team meetings (CTMs)
- Models behavior intervention strategies for behavior technicians and caregivers
- Provides supervision, support, and development opportunities to behavior technicians and case supervisors
- Generates and completes progress reports
Skills and Qualifications
Required
- Active Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Master’s degree in a related field is required
- Prior clinical experience in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
- Prior supervisory experience
- Ability to provide evidence of negative tuberculosis test
- Ability to pass FBI and DOJ Live Scan background check
- Consistent and reliable transportation

Strong Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and clinical skills
Operating Hours
Monday-Sunday 8:00am-8:00pm (Session times are based on employee and client availability)

The Clinical Manager will maintain a caseload while conducting quality assurance audits, reviewing clinical documentation, and ensuring compliance with standards. They will also design ABA treatment programs, provide staff supervision, and facilitate clinical team meetings.
Requirements
Candidates must be an active Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with a Master's degree in a related field. Prior clinical experience in Applied Behavior Analysis and supervisory experience are required.
