Key Responsibilities
The BCBA oversees the development and implementation of individualized ABA treatment plans for clients with various behavioral disorders. They also conduct functional behavior assessments, analyze clinical data, and provide supervision and training to behavior technicians and caregivers.
Requirements
Candidates must hold an active Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification and a Master's degree in a related field. Prior clinical experience in Applied Behavior Analysis and supervisory experience are required.
