Key Responsibilities
The BCBA will maintain clinically appropriate caseloads and provide supervision to ensure high-quality, individualized treatment outcomes. They are responsible for conducting treatment integrity observations, managing clinical documentation, and supporting caregiver training across various settings.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field and possess an active BCBA certification. A minimum of 3 years of experience as a BCBA working with individuals with autism is required for this senior-level role.
