Key Responsibilities

The Qualified Behavior Analyst will maintain clinically appropriate caseloads and provide supervision and caregiver collaboration to ensure high-quality, individualized outcomes. They are responsible for conducting treatment integrity observations and maintaining accurate, audit-ready clinical documentation in compliance with ethical and payer requirements.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a current QBA certification and possess experience working with children with autism or early intervention populations. Additionally, a current CPR and First Aid certification is required for this role.
