Key Responsibilities
The Senior Behavior Analyst will lead clinical care by designing individualized treatment plans and supervising Behavior Technicians and Program Managers. They will conduct functional behavior assessments and partner with families to drive progress and ensure effective treatment implementation.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification from the BACB. The role requires professional experience in clinical settings and the ability to lead and support clinical teams.
