Key Responsibilities
The Family Guidance BCBA provides caregiver training and guidance through telehealth or in-person sessions to help implement ABA strategies in natural environments. They collaborate within a clinical pod to ensure consistent treatment outcomes and modify plans based on caregiver feedback and observations.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification and a North Carolina license to practice behavior analysis. Experience in providing ABA services and strong communication skills for caregiver training are required.
