Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement individualized ABA interventions while monitoring client progress through data-driven assessments. Lead family guidance sessions and provide mentorship to RBTs within a collaborative interdisciplinary team environment.
Requirements
Requires at least two years of professional experience working with children with autism spectrum disorder and expert knowledge of ABA methodologies. Candidates must hold a valid BCBA certification, CPR certification, and demonstrate strong clinical documentation skills.
