Key Responsibilities
The Lead Clinical Supervisor provides clinical oversight for a team of technicians and clients, including conducting assessments and developing individualized treatment plans. They are responsible for training staff, managing therapy room operations, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, evidence-based ABA services.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field and be a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Experience in supervising RBTs, early intervention, and knowledge of Skinner's analysis of language are required.
