Key Responsibilities
The BCBA will provide clinical leadership and direct therapy for clients with neurodevelopmental disorders in a clinic and home-based setting. They are responsible for managing a caseload, supervising behavior technicians, and collaborating with a transdisciplinary team of medical and therapy professionals.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a Master's degree in human services or a related field. Additionally, valid BCBA and LBA certifications are required for this position.
