Join Cortica - Neurodevelopmental as a ABA Supervisor (BCBA) – Hybrid, Sign-On Bonus in Tempe, Arizona. Board Certified Behavior Analyst Cortica is growing and seeking a passionate BCBA to join our team in a brand-new location in Tempe! This is an exciting opportunity to be the first BCBA and a part of a founding team.
This position offers hybrid flexibility, a signing bonus. Work with Cortica - Neurodevelopmental in Tempe, Arizona.
The BCBA will manage a caseload of clients with neurodevelopmental disorders, providing clinical supervision and direct services in-clinic and in-home. They will collaborate with a transdisciplinary team of physicians and therapists to ensure high-quality, assent-based care.
Candidates must hold a Master's degree in human services or a related field. Current BCBA and LBA certifications are required for this role.
