The Lead BCBA will oversee daily clinical operations at the Melville center, providing supervision to staff and ensuring high-quality ABA therapy implementation. They will also manage a billable caseload and coordinate the transition of students from the Bridge Program into center-based services.
Candidates must hold active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and New York State Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) credentials. Prior experience in a center-based setting, staff supervision, and clinical programming for children is required.
