This position offers weekends off, day shifts only. Work with Gersh Autism Academy in Issaquah, Washington.
The BCBA will conduct assessments, develop treatment goals, and write behavior intervention plans for students in a school setting. They will also provide staff training, supervise clinical staff, and collaborate with educators to implement effective ABA programming.
Candidates must hold a Master's degree in a related field and be a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in good standing with the BACB. A minimum of 1 year of experience as a BCBA and 3 years of experience providing ABA services is required, along with an active Washington LBA license.
