Key Responsibilities
The BCBA is responsible for coordinating, scheduling, and evaluating functional assessments, behavior plans, and individual education plans. They also provide staff and parent training while supervising RBTs and other clinical staff.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, or Education and be a NY state Licensed Behavior Analyst. A minimum of 2 years of experience working with children with Autism is required.
