The BCBA will implement evidence-based ABA teaching strategies and provide ongoing supervision and performance monitoring for RBTs. They will also communicate participant progress to caregivers and manage assigned clinical tasks.
Candidates must hold a Master's degree in ABA or a related field and possess a BCBA certification or LBA credential. A minimum of one year of experience working with individuals with autism in a center setting is required.
