Key Responsibilities
The BCBA Program Supervisor will manage a caseload of clients while providing a blend of remote supervision and hands-on, in-person support. They are responsible for leading clinical teams, conducting field visits, and ensuring high-quality behavioral intervention services.
Requirements
Applicants must hold a current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification and have at least one year of supervisory experience. A Master's degree is required, along with the ability to pass background checks and maintain current TB and BLS certifications.
