Work Schedule

Key Responsibilities
Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans for pediatric clients. Oversee RBT implementation, provide clinical supervision, and deliver parent training to ensure coordinated care.
Requirements
Requires an active BCBA certification and a Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field. At least one year of experience working with children on the autism spectrum is preferred.
