Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – School-Based

Key Responsibilities

Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans for students. Oversee RBT implementation, provide clinical supervision, and collaborate with school teams and families to ensure coordinated care.

Requirements

Requires an active BCBA certification and Washington licensure, along with a Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field. At least one year of experience working with children on the autism spectrum is preferred.
