Solara Autism Services is seeking a compassionate, motivated, and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing clinical team in Seymour, Connecticut.

The BCBA will conduct behavioral assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and supervise behavior therapists to ensure high-quality care. They are also responsible for monitoring client progress, providing parent training, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams.
Candidates must hold a current BCBA certification and a Master's degree in a relevant field such as Applied Behavior Analysis or Psychology. Additionally, applicants must possess Connecticut behavior analyst licensure or be eligible to obtain it, along with experience working with children diagnosed with autism.
