Solara Autism Services is seeking a compassionate and motivated Part-Time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing team providing in-home ABA services throughout the Baltimore, Maryland area.

The BCBA will conduct behavioral assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide evidence-based ABA therapy in client homes. They are also responsible for supervising RBTs, providing parent coaching, and maintaining accurate clinical documentation.
Candidates must hold a current BCBA certification and a Master's degree in a relevant field, with eligibility for Maryland LBA licensure. Experience working with children on the autism spectrum and supervising behavior technicians is preferred.
