Key Responsibilities
The BCBA is responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive behavioral treatment programs and managing a caseload of 7-8 clients. They also provide clinical supervision to staff and conduct training for parents, teachers, and caregivers in various settings.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a Master's degree in a related field and possess a BCBA certification or be eligible to sit for the exam within 30 days. At least one year of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or behavior disorders is required.
