The Qualified Behavior Analyst will design comprehensive ABA and parent training programs while overseeing clinic operations to ensure service efficacy. They are responsible for supervising and mentoring the Autism Service Team, including performance management and program progress monitoring.
Candidates must have at least 3 years of experience in ABA and hold a professional license from the North Carolina Behavior Analyst Licensure Board (NCBALB). A Qualified Behavior Analyst (QBA) certification is required, and experience in supervising RBTs is preferred.
