Key Responsibilities
The BCaBA will design comprehensive ABA and parent training programs while overseeing clinic operations to ensure effective service delivery. They are also responsible for supervising and mentoring the Autism Service Team to maintain high standards of care and team morale.
Requirements
Candidates must have a minimum of 1 year of experience in ABA, including intervention development and implementation. Experience in training and mentoring teams within an intensive treatment environment is preferred.
