Key Responsibilities
The BCBA will conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans for pediatric clients. They are also responsible for supervising and mentoring Registered Behavior Technicians while ensuring clinical compliance and high-quality care delivery.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a BCBA certification and a Master's degree in Psychology or a related field with an emphasis on Applied Behavior Analysis. At least two years of pediatric experience and one year of telehealth supervision experience are required.
