Key Responsibilities
The BCBA will conduct functional behavior assessments and design individualized behavior support plans while supervising clinical teams. They are also responsible for monitoring client progress, providing caregiver training, and maintaining compliant clinical documentation.
Requirements
Candidates must hold an active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential in good standing. A proven track record in ABA assessment, program design, and clinical team supervision is required.
