Solara Autism Services is seeking a compassionate and motivated Part-Time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing team providing in-home ABA services throughout the Danbury Connecticut area.

This position offers no call requirements, weekends off, day shifts only. Work with Solara Autism Services in Danbury, Connecticut.
Key Responsibilities
The BCBA will conduct behavioral assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide direct supervision to RBTs and behavior therapists. They are also responsible for providing parent coaching and ensuring all clinical documentation meets ethical and payer standards.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a current BCBA certification and a Master's degree in a relevant field such as Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or Education. Possession of or the ability to obtain a Connecticut Behavior Analyst Licensure is required.
