Key Responsibilities
The BCBA will conduct behavioral assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide evidence-based ABA therapy in client homes. They are also responsible for supervising RBTs, providing parent coaching, and maintaining accurate clinical documentation.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a current BCBA certification and a Master's degree in a relevant field. Experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder and the ability to obtain NY Behavior Analyst Licensure are required.
