The Clinical Services Manager will lead behavioral support services for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities by conducting assessments and developing behavior support plans. They will also provide hands-on clinical guidance, coach staff, and ensure that interventions are consistently implemented across multiple adult day programs.
Candidates must hold a Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field, along with a BCBA certification or relevant clinical licensure (LMFT/LCSW). A minimum of 3 years of experience in behavior intervention and 2 years of supervisory experience is required.
