Key Responsibilities
Lead the delivery of high-quality clinical care by conducting behavioral assessments and developing individualized treatment plans. Provide ongoing clinical supervision and coaching to RBTs while collaborating with caregivers to ensure consistent implementation of ABA strategies.
Requirements
Requires a Master's degree in a related field and active BCBA certification or eligibility to obtain it within three months. Candidates must demonstrate experience supporting individuals with autism spectrum disorder and possess the ability to collaborate within a multidisciplinary team.
