The Role

We’re looking for an experienced BCBA to be the senior clinical presence in one of our centers. • Start date: immediate
  • What You’ll Do
  • Manage your own caseload: assessments, treatment plans, BIPs, and RBT supervision
  • Be the live clinical presence on the floor: coach technicians mid-session and respond to escalations using CPI-consistent de-escalation
  • Make real-time shift decisions, such as coverage, session changes, and opening or closing the center
  • Manage the RBTs on your shift: onboarding, monthly standards checks, and performance reviews
  • Deliver a monthly clinical training for center staff, alternating with the other Lead
  • Keep families informed with warm, same-day communication
  • Meet weekly 1:1 with your Site Director
  • Active BCBA and NYS LBA, in good standing
  • BACB 8-hour Supervision Training

  • Strong assessment skills (e. g., Vineland) and comfort guiding RBTs and clients through escalations
  • Excellent communication and organization, and the ability to give direct, kind feedback
  • Competitive Salary: $95K - $100K
  • Protected time to lead, not just a full billable schedule
  • Unlimited free CEUs and virtual trainings

  • Annual allowance to attend a professional development seminar or conference of your choice
  • Support from a Site Director and a Center Coordinator who handles scheduling, phones, and supplies.
