Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement individualized, data-driven treatment plans while providing clinical oversight to RBTs. Collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary providers to ensure high-quality, client-centered care.
Requirements
Requires a Master’s or Doctorate degree in ABA or a related field and active BCBA certification. Candidates must possess strong communication skills and be willing to obtain CPR, First Aid, and QBS Safety Care certifications.
