Key Responsibilities
The BCBA will conduct initial assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide clinical support across various centers. They will also collaborate with families, RBTs, and clinical leadership to ensure high-quality care and continuity of services.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a current BCBA certification and a Master's degree in a related field. At least one year of post-certification experience and the ability to travel within the Charlotte metro area are required.
