Key Responsibilities
Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for children with neurodiverse needs. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and supervise RBTs and ABA students to provide high-quality clinical care.
Requirements
Requires a Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis and current BCBA certification. Candidates must also hold an active Illinois Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) license.
